We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was right next to the metro station and within walking distance to the main square. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the front desk girl who went out of her way to assist us. The hotel was clean and had all the necessary facilities. The breakfast was fantastic with a good variety of food on offer.

We don't know because we were moved to another hotel (20 meters further in the same street) after we had paid. As the staff informed us that the roomes were under water.

They charge you at dishonest rate 1 Euro=28 corona (normally it's about 25), so for 2 days for 2 people we paid about 30 Euro more than the confirmation of the booking told us. The ammount in Czech money was the same about 30 Euros more than 158 Euros that we were suposed to pay. That was really annoying. The manager of the hotel should not think that tourists are stupid or cannot count:( They shoud give the proper price on the web!!!

Poor building maintenance -- wifi didn't work in my room (signal too weak -- had to connect from lobby); blinds were missing a panel, so very hard to get privacy; shower head fixture was half falling off, so wouldn't hold position (had to hold in hand). However, talked to neighbour and his rooms were OK, so maybe this was just one room...

Not only did he ensure our shuttle was arranged promptly, but he also made us feel welcome by offering us a delightful cup of espresso while we waited. His impeccable service truly made a positive impact on our overall experience at the hotel.

I recently stayed at a budget hotel in Prague and had a great experience. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance from the main tourist destinations in the old town and near the train station. The room was clean and comfortable with a large bed, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, there were plenty of good restaurants nearby, providing convenient dining options.

The only downside was that the hotel had limited English-speaking staff, which made communication a bit challenging at times.

We had a nice Christmas stay, with comfortable and clean rooms. the location was great, just a short walk to the main tourist sites and close to public transportation. the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the city. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the indoor terrace.

The lack of air conditioning was uncomfortable in the hot room during the night. We also didn't receive cleaning service after checking in.

I spent Christmas at this hotel and overall, it was okay. The location of the hotel was perfect, it was near all the major attractions and public transportation. The price was affordable, which was great considering it was peak season. The staff was friendly and accommodating, they answered all our questions and recommended some great places to eat nearby.
